• Supervise care and treatments for patients.
• Lead patient assessments and tailor care plans.
• Address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.

• Valid RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred); CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
