ResponsibilitiesThe Trained Medication Assistant is responsible for the provision of high‑quality care and services to Care Center residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. The Trained Medication Assistant administers medications and treatments under the direct supervision of a nurse and performs Resident Assistant responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications- Successful completion of a state‑approved training program and current certification in medication administration in the state(s) in which the candidate practices.
- Successful completion of a state‑approved nursing assistant training program and current certification in the state(s) in which the candidate practices.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $23.50 – $27.09 per hour. This estimate is based on PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and market conditions.
