Andersen Corporation is hiring a Quality Assurance Tech II for the 2nd shift at the Cottage Grove, MN facility. The role focuses on QA/QC activities, equipment integration, process improvement, and documentation control to ensure high-quality windows and doors for customers.
You will work on the Quality Team with Production Associates and Quality Engineers, applying risk-based thinking and SPC to keep production in control. 80%+ time is spent in production areas, ensuring standards are met daily.
