Your skills and expertise to set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- One (1) year combined experience in a manufacturing, pilot plant and/or lab environment in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Associates degree or higher from an accredited university
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving / analysis skills to operate and troubleshoot equipment as well as improve processes
- Experience in quality control procedures, testing and reporting
- Three (3) years experience in high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with production reporting in PMCS/OPRA and quality data entry in MES
- Strong attention to detail and protocols
