• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Proficient in utilizing retail technology and able to lift up to 30 pounds

• Previous experience in a customer‑centric retail environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams through coaching and mentoring
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
