As an Industrial Maintenance Technician – Multi‑craft Electrical, you will

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, modify, calibrate, and adjust electrical, electronic, and pneumatic process control systems and devices used in production, laboratory, office and utility areas.
• Calibrate and adjust heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and climate control systems used in production, laboratory, office, and utility areas.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Respond to shop work orders efficiently and safely.
• Implement and improve preventive maintenance procedures.
• Determine parts, tools, and supplies necessary for the jobs.
• Document work activities in the work order CMMS.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and expand technical skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two‑year associate’s degree in electrical maintenance or completion of an approved apprenticeship program.
• Five years of experience in electrical maintenance/troubleshooting of industrial processing equipment.
• Current valid driver’s license and successful Motor Vehicle Record check.

• Experience troubleshooting issues with processing equipment and resolving them through appropriate repairs.
• Experience in field instrumentation with process sensors and control devices.
• Experience with programmable logic controllers, AC & DC drive controls, and pneumatic, analog, and digital electronics.
• Current State of Minnesota Journeyman Electrician’s License or a Master Electrician’s License.
• Ability to read and interpret measurement instruments to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Desire to work as a multi‑skilled electrical craftsperson.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $50.24.
