Cross Country Coach

Lincoln Middle School

Lincoln Middle School is seeking applicants for Cross Country coachs for the upcoming

Cross Country season. This position supports LMS students in achieving success both athletically and academically.

• Effectively teach and develop fundamental cross country skills, techniques, and strategies.
• Plan, organize, conduct, and evaluate practice sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training plans and event-specific instruction.
• Serve as a leader, mentor, and role model for student-athletes.
• Collaborate with the full coaching staff to build a cohesive and competitive program.
• Attend all practices and meets

Compensation is provided through a coaching stipend and is determined based on available funding.
