Physical Therapist (PT) Make a meaningful impact in patients' lives every day

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate patients within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of referral
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
  • Provide hands‑on therapy in alignment with approved care plans
  • Monitor and document patient progress, updating plans as needed
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers for successful recovery and discharge
  • Assist with discharge planning and recommend appropriate equipment (e.g., walkers, braces)
  • Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students
  • Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training
What We're Looking For
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing with the state
  • Bachelor's degree required;
    Master's or Doctorate (DPT) preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable using electronic medical records (e.g., Casamba, Point Click Care )
  • Ability to solve problems, think critically, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
