Be the friendly face (via video!) that members trust for everyday banking.
Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Spot opportunities to improve members' financial lives and refer them to teammates who can help.
Use multi-factor authentication to keep our members safe.
Hit service and sales goals with the help of structured training and coaching.
Members leave every interaction feeling supported, informed, and empowered.
You build long-term relationships that turn everyday service into lasting loyalty.
You grow professionally through development opportunities and career enrichment.
You help us stay compliant with regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
Basic Microsoft Office and math skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus!
