Ski with us in the morning and then interact with our amazing customers through email, phone, and online to help them find the perfect gear! Your primary role will be nurturing everyone's innate passion forclimbing and skiing mountains. It's the ultimate form of exercise with a hugereward: skiing!

• Become an expert on the latest skimountaineering gear.
• Provide superior customer service online,on the phone, and in the store.
• Listen to customers and truly understand their needs and desires.
• Prioritize and answer emails ranging from gear questions towarranty issues.
• Answer online questions from our customers about specific pieces ofgear.
• Check orders for accuracy and compatibility between products.
• Problem solve with team members to troubleshoot any issues our customers may have.
• Help on the sales floor during busytimes.
• Operate our Point of Sale system for sales,returns, and warranties.
• Answer phones and process customer requests with our POS.
• Navigate our website competently to helpanswer customer questions.
• Attend all brand clinics.
• Starting late September.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
• Attention to detail and ability to followthrough on tasks.
