DescriptionAs a Technical Support Representative, you will support both internal and external users of Safety Mojo, our cutting-edge safety software solution, by providing troubleshooting and technical support via phone, chat and email to provide an appropriate resolution to their request. The pay range is between $21/hr – $25/hr, depending on experience.
Here is what you will be doing:- Answer inbound case requests from phone, chat and email
- Provide initial triage and troubleshooting of all issues and provide appropriate solutions to resolve their request and escalate and monitor issues as needed
- Keep clients informed of case status
- Utilize Zen Desk for case management and escalation in accordance with established procedures
- Work with Account Executives and Client Success Managers to ensure client’s technical needs are met
- Professionally represent Mojo AI to clients and peers at all times
- Ensure the highest quality service
- Develop knowledge of current products and stay current with product advancements and industry standards
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years of proven ability in a technical support role
- Strong technical, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success
- Demonstrate possession of client soft skills
- Zen Desk experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work autonomously by being self-motivated, analytical, a quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness
