• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure enterprise-grade platforms

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field
• Minimum of 7 years in an IT discipline
• Minimum of 7 years in a Business discipline
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in building scalable systems
• Proven experience leading end-to-end system design and solution architecture

• 8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or enterprise systems design
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in a healthcare environment, such as HIPAA
• Experience leading proof-of-concept efforts to validate new technical solutions
• Industry certifications such as Java Developer, DB2, or Project Management
