Systems Administrator, Windows Server, Cloud Computing: Infrastructure & Operations, Cybersecurity
Administer and maintain Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra , Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, virtualization platforms, and related infrastructure services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Intune, endpoint configuration, device compliance, patching, and identity management strategies.
• Maintain system availability, performance, backups, disaster recovery capabilities, and overall reliability of business-critical infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Administer cybersecurity controls including MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint security, access controls, vulnerability remediation, and participation in security incident response activities.
• Provide advanced Tier 3 escalation support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and partner with outsourced service providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve service needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational standards, procedures, and system administration best practices.
• Lead and support infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, automation, and modernization projects aligned with AMC’s long-term technology roadmap.
• Evaluate technology solutions, identify process improvement and automation opportunities, and implement changes that improve security, efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Must-Haves:
• 5+ years of systems administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Intune, and Windows Server.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments.
• Power Shell and automation experience preferred.
Plusses:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra , Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, security tools, and automation.
• Clear communication, organization, documentation, and project execution skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and support continuous improvement.
Preferred Certifications:
• Related Microsoft and infrastructure certifications
Compensation:
$100,000 to $120,000 per year annual compensation.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
