• Advise clients on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity, and General Corporate matters.

• Manage transaction processes, draft agreements, and conduct due diligence.

• Experience:
  
  3-6 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or General Corporate law.
• Education:
  
  J.D. from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials.
