The Bustos & Reardon Real Estate Team (BRRE) is one of Utah's most dynamic real estate teams, operating under the Keller Williams platform in Cottonwood Heights. We are a results-driven, collaborative team on a mission to close 125+ transactions in 2026 — and we're looking for the right agent to grow with us.
Whether you're a newer agent looking for structure and mentorship, or an experienced producer ready to plug into a system that lets you focus on selling, BRRE offers the resources, technology, and team culture to help you thrive.
Responsibilities- Lead generate for 15 hours a week
- Conduct three open houses monthly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Active Utah Real Estate License (required)
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Coachable, growth-oriented, and team-minded
- Experience is a plus, but drive and integrity matter most
