• Knowledge of restaurant equipment, duties, and ability to follow recipes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of customer service to execute Solitude’s standards.
• Ability and willingness to collaborate.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness are required.
• Efficient food preparation and cleaning practices.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include holidays and weekends.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 30 lbs.

• Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the ordering system.
• Become knowledgeable about the Stone Haus menu and be able to make recommendations and answer guests’ questions.
• Prepare coffee and breakfast items for morning shifts.
• Effectively assemble wraps and pizza in a presentable manner.
• Ensure lobby is always stocked and clean.
• Help the restaurant manager complete additional tasks as needed.
