Sales Development Rep/SDR, Sales Representative, B2B Sales
Please Note:
This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in‑office days each week. Additionally, employment with Bamboo

As an Account Executive, you’ll be a vital part of our growth—building relationships, identifying client needs, and guiding prospects through the sales journey. From generating leads to closing deals, you’ll help businesses discover how Bamboo
HR can transform their HR processes.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline and track progress using our CRM system.
- Customer Needs: Understand client needs and present tailored Bamboo
HR solutions to solve their challenges. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams to move deals through the sales process.
- Negotiation & Closing: Assist in negotiating deals and moving prospects to close.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about product updates and market trends to improve sales performance.
- Experience: 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales. Prospecting/cold calling experience is a plus.
Sales Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and basic sales tools. - Goal‑Oriented: A track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Your success in a quota‑carrying sales role will demonstrate your ability to meet or surpass targets.
- Communication
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present product demos. - Drive & Persistence: A strong desire to succeed and the ability to manage objections and push through challenges.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. - Coachability: Willingness to learn from feedback and improve your sales approach.
