Targeting Officer:
Leidos has multiple Targeting Officer positions in Northern Virginia. Candidates must have or be able to attain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination. Willing and able to work a weekly rotating 24/7 shift schedule, to include weekends and holidays.

Targeting Officers are responsible for guiding and monitoring the execution of collection operations and integrating that collection into a cohesive intelligence narrative. That narrative, incorporating highly complex and specialized multi-INT information, must be communicated regularly to a wide audience of stakeholders, in written form and verbally in both formal and ad-hoc briefings. Identify gaps in information and take proactive steps to address those gaps.

• Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to multitask. Ability to work in high stress environments. Experience with targeting tools, databases, and different intel sources.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 to 12 years of full-time professional experience. Candidates with a Master’s degree are highly desirable with 6 to 10 years experience.

Pay Range: $92,300.00 - $. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
