Overview

Position – Dedicated Regional
Vision Truck Line LLC is an equal employment opportunity employer (EEO).

• Driver unloads freight with a roller conveyor system or using roll cages
• On-the-Account: miles per week 1200 to 1500

• 5 days out, 2 days home – Days Off:
  Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs

• Earning per week: $1,610 to $2,100

• Driving “Dry Van” and some “Refrigerated” loads to deliver designated locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by company policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road

• Valid Class A CDL license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum 3 months’ experience
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen; cannot hire drivers who were ON or OFF the SAP program

Clean MVR and Background

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last year or 3 in the last 3 years
• Applicants under 23 years old can’t have more than 1 moving violation in the last year or 2 in the past 3 years

• No inattentive driving violations
• No negligent driving violations
• No careless/negligent driving violations
• No reckless driving violations (nor reckless driving reductions)
• No leaving the scene of an accident

Felonies

• Class A Felonies: must be 10 years from date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed
• Class B & C Felonies: must be outside 7 years from conviction date
• All other charges will be reviewed
• Must be out of prison for at least 5 years

• No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 5 years; accidents with transported injuries, rollovers, or counts in personal or company vehicles are considered
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
