Responsibilities- Provide nursing care as a registered nurse following facility policies and procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Document care and communicate changes in patient status.
- ASN or BSN (Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arizona.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Day One, nationwide insurance coverage (health, dental, vision, and life).
