As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Asset Manager to oversee and optimize our asset fleet and equipment management strategy.

Work Schedule
  • 6 Days Per Week
  • Overtime as required
  • Project-based position
Compensation
  • $26 – $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Overtime paid in accordance with state and federal law

Compensation will be aligned with field experience, certifications, and ability to independently manage safety oversight.

Position Summary

The Safety Coordinator will ensure strict compliance with client and site requirements, OSHA standards, and K&K Inc. policies and procedures and safety protocols. This role requires firm but professional enforcement of safety rules and the ability to stop work when standards are not met. Compliance is verified—not assumed.

Daily Safety Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily field safety audits and inspections.
  • Verify JSAs are task-specific, complete, and signed.
  • Monitor subcontractor compliance (held to same standard as K&K employees).
  • Lead daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
  • Track and document observations.
  • Oversee permit compliance (hot work, excavation, confined space, etc.).
  • Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper barricading and work zone delineation.
  • Monitor crane and heavy equipment operations.
  • Maintain communication with project management and client safety representatives.
  • Submit daily and weekly safety reporting.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years field safety experience (industrial, construction, pipeline, or oil & gas preferred).
  • OSHA 30 required (OSHA 500 or 510 preferred).
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards.
  • Experience with permits, JSAs, and safety documentation.
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to enforce safety policies consistently and professionally.
