We are seeking a skilled and dynamic General Superintendent to lead our data center project in Spartanburg, SC. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that construction runs smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on effective daily scheduling and planning. You will be responsible for coordinating the availability of materials, equipment, and personnel to achieve project goals. Your foremost duty will be to promote the safety, health, and well‑being of your team and our planet.

• High School diploma
• At least 15 years of construction site experience
• Minimum of 15 years in roles such as general foreman, superintendent, construction inspector, or construction manager
• Strong knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction processes, building systems and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team dynamics, and client relationship management

• Experience in Data Center Projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Experience in collaborative planning, design, construction, and commissioning
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam
• Ability to create estimates, client presentations, timelines, staffing plans, and construction execution plans
• Experience in facilitating walkdowns and meetings with owners and designers
• Skills in constructability reviews
• Lead client and construction meetings
• Multidisciplinary knowledge including Mechanical, Electrical, IC, and CSA
• Proven safety leadership, including JHA revisions and daily signed‑off permits
• Quality Assurance in construction
• Experience with turnover processes, including TOPs, punch lists, and walkdowns with contractors and owners
