Job Title
Western Engineering Co Inc is seeking skilled Asphalt Equipment Operator's to join our team.
Responsibilities- Operate asphalt paving equipment effectively
- Monitor and adjust the equipment's settings to achieve the optimal asphalt pavement results
- Perform pre-operational inspections of the equipment and troubleshoot any issues before and during operating
- Coordinate with crew members to ensure efficient workflow and safe practices on site
- Communicate effectively with foremen and project managers regarding project needs and conditions
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety policies and regulations
- Assist in the setup and teardown of work sites as necessary.
