Western Engineering Co., Inc. is hiring crew members to join our city streets asphalt paving crew. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with a variety of tasks on asphalt paving projects, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to build a career in the construction industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with job site preparation for asphalt paving projects.
- Help place, spread, and finish asphalt during paving operations.
- Support the operation and setup of paving equipment and tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
