This growing restoration company is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with strong Xactimate, insurance restoration, project management, and subcontractor coordination experience who wants to join an established and expanding team in the Omaha market.

Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish.

Develop and manage Xactimate estimates and scopes.

Track budgets, schedules, change orders, and project profitability.

Coordinate customers, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.

Conduct jobsite inspections and resolve project issues.

Maintain accurate project documentation and communication.

Collaborate with Reconstruction Operations, Estimating, Mitigation, Restoration, and Leadership.

Ensure projects meet company, customer, quality, and industry standards.

Approximately $23M in annual revenue.

Established franchise with a strong Omaha market presence.

$75,000 base salary + commission.
