Payday Express in Council Bluffs is looking for a dependable and customer-focused team member to join our store. As a Customer Service Representative / Loan Specialist, you will help customers access short-term financial solutions while providing friendly, professional service in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Assist customers with loan applications, renewals, and payments
• Clearly explain loan terms, fees, and repayment options
• Verify customer information and required documentation in compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Accurately process cash transactions and balance the cash drawer daily
• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential customer information
• Work toward individual and store performance goals
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to accurately handle cash
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Ability to follow procedures and compliance requirements
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
• Retail office environment
• May include evenings and Saturdays
• Customer-facing and fast-paced
