What you will be doing:- Greeting respiratory patients, customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner in person and over the phone
- Processing customer payment and credit transactions
- Assist in resolving patient and customer concerns and issues
- Maintain the neat and clean appearance of the respiratory showroom and work area
- One or more years of office experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organized and great time management skills
- Ability to understand insurance coverage guidelines for respiratory durable medical equipment
- Working knowledge of MS Office:
Outlook, Word, Excel
