Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests utilizing established guest service guidelines
- Answer phone and coordinate reservations, special guest requests, and messages
- Respond to guest requests or place guest in contact with the appropriate person for assistance
- Answer guest questions in regards to menu items, pricing, specials and promotional events
- Assist servers and bussers when needed
- Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm
- Able to communicate effectively to guests, team members, and leaders
- Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency
