Adjunct HVAC​/R

Overview

This position is responsible for teaching HVAC classes face-to-face. Must evaluate and report student performance and progress in courses in accordance with college and division policies and procedures.

Duties include but are not limited to: teaching classroom lecture courses, curriculum development/restructuring, and helping in student success.

• 6000 hours of HVAC work experience OR possess a combination of an associate degree in HVAC and at least 3,000 hours of recent, relevant tested construction experience.
• Ability to pass a background check, have a valid U.S. driver’s license and good driving record.

Physical Demands Of Essential Functions

• The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone and basic office equipment.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
• Ability to drive company owned or personal vehicle.
