- 5:30 p.m. (includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch break),
Salary $40,000 - $45,000/year

- Reports to work as scheduled on a regular and reliable basis.
- Assists and supports 21st Century Grant program before, after, and summer school at two or more elementary schools each day school is in session.
- Assists with attendance of all participants at 21st Century Grant program events.
- Assists in developing methods of recruitment for student participation in programs.
- Assists in coordination and facilitation of nutrition services and student transportation needed for participation in district before and after programs.
- Assists with summer school planning.
- Acts as a liaison between the district and community partners in providing services for students.
- Plans & supports quarterly family engagement events at all buildings assigned.
- Meets with building principals and administration regularly to assure program alignment with academic and student needs.
- Creates marketing materials and outreach plans to recruit new community partners and program staff.
- Must have an availability to work outside normal hours for evening and weekend family engagement events.
- This position supervises site facilitators at assigned schools.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred. Prior experience working with youth or in program management is preferred.
