After School Site Lead

Location:

Council Bluffs, Iowa (Carter Lake, Franklin, Hoover, Wilson).

Position Type: Full-time

Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Hours:

Tuesday – Friday (Occasional Mondays) 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Exact hours required.

Position Summary: Manage daily site operations for after‑school programs, including student attendance, snack distribution, and preparation of materials. Ensure a safe and structured environment and facilitate programs for students.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations.
• Supervise snack distribution and material preparation.
• Maintain student attendance records.
• Ensure a safe and structured environment.
• Facilitate after‑school programs.

Education and Experience:

• Required:
  
  High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Preferred:
  Previous experience working with children.
