Bailey Education Group is hiring Instructional Coaches in Iowa. As an Instructional Coach, you will provide expert guidance to school leadership and staff, empowering teachers with proven strategies to enhance student success. You will participate in implementing The Bailey Way, which emphasizes impactful, results-driven education.
Responsibilities- Provide guidance to school leadership and staff to improve instructional practices.
- Empower teachers with proven strategies to raise student achievement.
- Mentor and coach teachers and school teams in alignment with The Bailey Way.
- Collaborate with administrators to support continuous improvement across classrooms.
- Support implementation in diverse school settings, including rural and border areas.
- Strong expertise in elementary-level mathematics content and pedagogy.
- Proven experience as an educator in an elementary school setting.
- Charismatic, driven professional who motivates and leads with enthusiasm.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with teachers, administrators, and school communities.
- Experience coaching and supporting adult learners in instructional improvement.
- Ability to use data to inform instructional decisions and monitor student growth.
- Adaptable and resilient; comfortable working in diverse school settings, including rural and near-border contexts.
- Knowledge of educational dynamics in Iowa and the surrounding Nebraska border area; committed to partnering with schools in that region.
