|  |Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will implement and execute a world-class Reliability Engineering program. You will work as part of the Corporate Reliability Center of Excellence Team and the cross-functional Technical Transformation Team to lead the development and execution of processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

* * Bachelor's degree in engineering
* 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, or Engineering roles, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG.
* Proven track record of establishing Reliability Engineering capabilities.
* Previous experience implementing Reliability Engineering processes.
* Experience managing projects.
* Experience with Weibull and other statistical analysis methods.
* Proficient in using MS Office Suite
* Experience with CMMS systems; SAP Plant Maintenance preferred.
* Skilled in assessing and prioritizing improvement efforts based on losses.
* Ability to support off shifts when business needs arise
* Willingness to travel up to 10%.

** Compensation
* * Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000    The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
