Job Description

Dealers GUARANTEED $20 PER HOUR while dealing! The line between work and play is about to be blurred. We are looking for you to join our fun and energetic table games team! While we show you around the tables, you'll be learning the ins and outs of the games and be shown that you really can play games for a living!

What qualifies you to be a dealer? Great customer service skills and the ability to be quick on your feet with basic math. Apply today to learn more details.

• GUARANTEED $20/hr while dealing.
• Earn $14 during training.
• Must meet minimum hiring requirements, including obtaining a gaming license from the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission prior to orientation.

Once Dealer Training is completed, you will audition for a position at either Harrah’s or Horseshoe Casino.

• Compensation includes base pay of $4.65 plus tips. Tips are paid on bi‑weekly paycheck.
• Casino placement determined by Table Games department (pending successful audition of dealer skills).

• Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around entire property for entire shift.
