Position: Patient Access Professional I - Casual - Weekends
Infirmary Health - 808 East Pierce Street - Responsibilities:
Greet patients professionally and verify demographics and payer information during registration;
Verify insurance eligibility and perform point of service collections;
Register patients and update electronic registration records with demographic information and IDs;
Collaborate with clinical team and triage staff; de-escalate anxious patients;
Refer patients to the Patient Financial Counselors and ensure accurate and timely documentation
