Caesars Entertainment - - - Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the dish machine and glass washer in the main kitchen;
Clean and maintain all concession stands to meet Health Department standards;
Follow a deep cleaning schedule for kitchen, concession stands, and other F&B areas;
Assist in preparation, staging and execution of concession and banquet events including portable bars and stands;
Assist culinary team in prepping and plating banquet events
