Conduct regular physical inspections of the property during the night, ensuring safety and security;
Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours, providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs or concerns;
Complete all laundry responsibilities, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels;
Maintain a clean and organized laundry area and cleaning public areas as needed;
Regularly be on call overnight for after hours guest needs
