Head of Product - Agentic AI

Head of Product 📍 US / Remote | Early‑Stage | Enterprise SaaS

A high-growth, venture-backed AI company (40+ employees, strong enterprise traction) is hiring a Head of Product to lead its next phase of scale.

The company builds an AI-native automation platform for Dev Ops and Sec Ops teams, enabling secure, autonomous agents to execute operational workflows across complex enterprise environments (including on‑prem and regulated deployments).

This is a hands‑on, IC‑first leadership role. You’ll start as the sole PM, owning product vision, roadmap, and execution—while partnering directly with the executive team and laying the foundation for a scaled product org.

• Product vision, strategy, and roadmap across an AI agent automation platform
• Deep customer discovery with security and infrastructure leaders
• Cross‑functional execution across Engineering, Design, Security, and GTM AI‑native product operations—modernizing how product is discovered, built, and shipped

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS / enterprise product leadership
• Experience in security and/or Dev Ops domains
• Hands‑on work with AI/LLM-enabled platforms (agents, tool use, RAG, evals, HITL patterns)
• Comfortable operating as a player‑coach in a fast‑scaling environment
• Strong executive presence with C‑level partnership experience
