Job Description
This role consists of 75% nationwide travel and 25% work in your home market.
We are building a specialized "Tiger Team" of Level 2 Data Center Technicians to support a large-scale fiber upgrade initiative. This project focuses on replacing legacy coaxial cabling with modern fiber infrastructure across multiple data center locations.
This team will serve as the first wave of technicians at new sites, responsible for establishing processes, procedures, and best practices during the first 6-8 weeks of each deployment. Once operations are running smoothly, the team will transition to the next location to repeat the process.
During gaps between travel assignments, technicians will work within their local data center market.
We are seeking experienced professionals who can step in immediately, work independently, and help set the standard for future project teams. Over time, additional entry-level cable technicians will be brought in to support long-term execution.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
