Program Manager

This role operates directly at the physical hardware layer of data center infrastructure, supporting projects ranging from procedural updates to complex Machine Learning (ML) hardware deployments. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Proactively chase down global cross-functional updates, project statuses, and risk mitigations. Follow up on specific action items with various owners across multiple time zones.
• Tool & Data Synchronization: Manage and maintain data consistency across a variety of internal management systems, heavy tracking spreadsheets, and documentation dashboards.
• Issue & Risk Tracking: Investigate, log, and update internal project logs, risks, and hardware tracking bugs using internal ticket tracking systems.
• Status Documentation: Assist senior program managers in keeping project notes, launch timelines, and technical documentation clean, accurate, and current.

• Foundational Data Center Knowledge: You must possess a basic understanding of physical Data Center infrastructure, such as hardware validation, server deployment, qualification testing, or general data center operations. (

  This role focuses on physical hardware/infrastructure; traditional software or cloud-portal project management will not align).
• NPI Exposure (Preferred): Experience or familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows—specifically launching or deploying new hardware (compute, storage, networking, or advanced compute engines) is a major plus.
• Tool Proficiency: Strong expertise within collaborative office suites (specifically heavy usage of spreadsheets, docs, and presentations). Experience with tracking systems like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar ticketing tools is highly preferred.
• Tech-Savvy Adaptability: Comfort utilizing modern productivity utilities and AI tools to accelerate your daily workflow.
• Core Traits: High accountability with a passion for driving tasks to absolute completion; high comfort level with ambiguity; and exceptional communication skills to flag blockers early.

• 2 to 3+ years of experience in project coordination, hardware validation engineering support, data center logistics, or high-tech manufacturing operations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but proven, results-oriented execution experience takes priority
