Technical Program Manager

Council Bluffs IA

6+ Months with possible ext.

Team consists of approximately 15+ members.

Supports global Data Center NPI programs.

Projects range from simple operational initiatives to highly complex ML infrastructure deployments.

Fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment with multiple concurrent programs.

Candidate must adapt to different working styles across the team.

• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) launches into Google Data Centers.
• Track project status, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Update project documentation, notes, and status reports.
• Synchronize information across multiple internal tools.
• Investigate risks, issues ("bugs"), and blockers.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure assigned work is completed.
• Coordinate with logistics, testing, operations, and engineering teams.
• Help unblock Data Center Technicians and Test Engineers.
• Support TPMs with execution while TPMs retain ownership of strategic decisions.
• Ensure project tasks are fully closed through proactive follow-up.
