Maintenance Generalist MG- Shift

We are currently recruiting for Maintenance Generalist

The Maintenance Generalist is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to policies and procedures.

• Must be willing to maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment.
• Must be willing to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
• Must be willing to communicate as needed and understand technical and training manuals.
• Must be willing to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb up/downstairs and ladders up to 20ft, and lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds.
• Must be willing to work in a temperature range for 20 degrees to 50 degrees.

• The applicant must be able to understand technical and training manuals.
• Applicant must have strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to work a rotating schedule.

• Must have minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer or currently attending / graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years.
• Past experience, special training, and formal education is preferred but not required for this outlined position.

• Pay Range -$23.00- $30.00.
• Sign - On Bonus - $4,000.00 (Divided Over 12 Months)
