Residential Manager (FLS) - Council Bluffs (Project Management)

Time will be split between Direct Support hours and Administrative (Office) hours.

At minimum, one-year of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services; be at least 19 years of age; a high school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver's license, good driving record, reliable transportation and current auto insurance. The employee must pass background checks favorably, and have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certifications.
Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends and Holidays.
Desired qualifications include:
Bachelors Degree with a major in a related field and two-years experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or mental health services and one-year of supervisory experience.
