Project Manager- Quality

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain GPMS documentation, ensuring processes, manuals, and guidelines remain current and aligned with regulatory and ISO standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor internal and external audits, including preparation of reports, corrective action plans, and recertification readiness.
• Lead cross‑functional quality and implementation projects, coordinating project plans, deliverables, timelines, and reporting.
• Develop and track quality KPIs and management reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and leadership reviews.
• Facilitate employee training and awareness programs related to quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, environmental engineering, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of project management experience, preferably within manufacturing, quality systems, or a multinational organization.
• Knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with experience supporting audits.
• Familiarity with project management tools and systems, including ERP platforms and tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Power Automate, or SharePoint (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects.
