Production Supervisor

Tyson Foods -  -  - Responsibilities:
Hire, train, retain, and counsel on personal and professional problems and educate the team on benefits, compensations, and company policies;
Guide the team in stretches before their shift and rotate workstations;
Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders, ensure accurate shipments, rotate inventory, and proper coding of products;
Ensure all workstations on the line are staffed before start-up of production and machinery is performing;
Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings; oversee processing operations and work with other supervisors to solve problems
