The supervisor will oversee maintenance associates, manage downtime records, and implement continuous improvement projects. This role requires excellent project coordination, leadership skills, and knowledge of safety procedures. A strong background in polyolefin processing, especially blow molding HDPE, is preferred. Understanding of complex electronics systems is also beneficial.
