Job Summary
Shift: 3:00PM–1:00AM. Hourly Rate: $26.39 an hour.
Starting pay up to $26.39 per hour + Attendance Bonus! ($0.50 for first shift, $0.60 for second shift, and $0.70 for third shift).
You will be onsite at the Conagra manufacturing facility.
Essential Job Functions- Ability to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for position
- Regular attendance to ensure production requirements are met
- Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend written instructions in English
- Ability to complete work/purchase requests into the maintenance tracking and performance computer system
- Knowledge of planned maintenance
- Knowledge of basic hand tools
- Basic math skills
- Good safety record and complete all necessary training
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Verify product for startup
- Ensure equipment is ready for startup/changeovers performing pre‑start checks
- Visually inspect equipment to ensure it is operating according to standards making adjustments
- Complete centerline inspections to identify defects
- Grease seals and bearings, clean, inspect, and replace belts
- Assist mechanics with minor repairs, replacements, and modifications to equipment
- Assist mechanics with Planned Maintenance (PM)
- Teardown equipment for changeover/sanitation
- Complete daily paperwork (e.g., centerline reports, scale audits, PM/AM sheets)
- Keep work area free from debris to maintain a safe and efficient production process
- Participate in production line drumbeats
- General housekeeping (e.g., sweeping, wiping down guards, removal of contaminants, etc.)
- Knowledge of GMPs
- Ability to be LOTO certified
- Education:
High school diploma or GED. - Experience
Required:
Minimum 1 year maintenance or related experience.
