Advanced Production Associate

Monday-Friday (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

As an Advanced Production Associate, you will support multiple areas of our manufacturing operation, ensuring products are produced safely, accurately, and on schedule. This hands‑on position provides training and experience across production, packaging, inventory, shipping, and material handling operations.

• Operate and support production, packaging, and material handling equipment.
• Load, unload, move, package, label, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material tracking.
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package finished products and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Cross‑train in multiple departments to support operational needs and career development.
• Work collaboratively with operators, leads, supervisors, and team members to achieve production goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Other duties as required.

• Manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math, counting, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work well in a diverse environment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening.
