The Shipping and Receiving Operator will work a rotating 4‑on, 4‑off shift schedule. Pay: $28.56 per hour.

• Actively participate in the Employee Safety Involvement Plan.
• Maintain a safe work environment for self and all employees.
• Follow all HAACP procedures and guidelines to ensure product safety and quality.
• Operate and control soybean processing equipment and machines.
• Record data, secure samples, and perform necessary process control tests required for the successful operation of the plant.
• Adjust and maintain operating parameters.
• Perform general housekeeping of the plant.
• Cross‑train in all areas of the process.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
• Commit to supplying safe food, maintaining a food safety culture, continually improving the site's food safety management system, and complying with customer and regulatory requirements.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a safety‑conscious environment.
• Some mechanical background, including the ability to recognize signs of operational failure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English for record‑keeping, safety, and quality training processes.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shift.
• Availability for overtime as part of the normal schedule and to provide coverage as needed.
