Highline Warren seeks an Assistant Plant Manager to oversee blending, packaging, maintenance and distribution. Lead safety, quality and efficiency while executing budgets and capital plans. You will collaborate with EHS, engineering, and operations, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure SOPs are followed.
Strong leadership and data presentation to upper management are essential. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of manufacturing experience;
Six Sigma certification is desirable.
